The Caddo Lake Giant Salvinia Eradication Project is operated through the Center for Invasive Species Eradication at Texas A&M University. The center is managed by the Texas Water Resources Institute, a unit of Texas AgriLife Research, the Texas AgriLife Extension Service and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University.
